Eileen what do we need to do? Make reservations? We need to find out who is going so we can get camping spots for everyone.....please ask all those who are not "bloggers" so we can get spots......

Our Tolley Tribe will be there with a tent. Let me know what else I can do/bring.
I will call Crystal hot springs next month, and get everything scheduled. With them. Right now I was planning on getting 10 camping spots, that hold 5-7 people. As for the Hotel the night before I am willing to schedule it but i need the money before hand. Unless Ange wants to schedule it and worry about payments from everyone. Let me know.
AAA gets a 10% discount on campsites...we can get the discount when we get there bc they need to see the card and the card holder....go ahead and collect money...how much do you need from everyone?
